Julie (who no longer lives in Lampeter, but was until recently my neighbour) has brought us some hauntingly beautiful portraits for our current exhibition. Not only is she extremely skilled with her brush, but her application of colour has a lifelike accuracy.<br/><br/>Julie has a BA (Hons) in Fine Art and an MA in Fine Art and Art History from the University of Wales.
